Got the whole deposit back in 23 days, no deductions. The owner was hard to reach once the rent was paid. Fine for the price, but list what's included before you sign.

Full deposit returned within 6 days of moving out, by bank transfer. Every repair needed three reminders and took weeks. Decent place; take dated photos at move-in.

Good: Deposit returned full
Problem: Repairs took months
