The owner returned the full deposit after 23 days, no arguments. Every repair needed three reminders and took weeks. Fine for the price, but list what's included before you sign.

Full deposit returned within 22 days of moving out, by bank transfer. Getting hold of the owner was hard; calls went unanswered for days. Decent place; take dated photos at move-in.

The owner returned the full deposit within a week or so, no arguments. The exit charges came as a surprise, with no list. Decent place; take dated photos at move-in.
Good: Deposit returned full
Problem: Unclear moveout charges
