₹13,000 went on cleaning; the owner showed us the bill, so no complaints. The rest took 37 days to arrive. The exit charges came as a surprise, with no list.
₹5,000 was kept for painting, which felt fair for the time we stayed. The rest took 42 days to arrive. The owner was hard to reach once the rent was paid.
Problem: Deposit partly withheld
