Deposit came back in full 14 days after we handed over the keys. Repairs dragged on; a bathroom leak took two months to fix. Fine for the price, but list what's included before you sign.

Full deposit returned within 8 days of moving out, by bank transfer. The owner was hard to reach once the rent was paid. Decent place; take dated photos at move-in.
Good: Deposit returned full
Problem: Hard to reach
