Deposit came back in full 23 days after we handed over the keys. The owner was hard to reach once the rent was paid. Fine for the price, but list what's included before you sign.
₹83,000 went on repairs; the owner showed us the bill, so no complaints. The rest took 63 days to arrive. The exit charges came as a surprise, with no list.
