Deposit came back in full 23 days after we handed over the keys. Water supply was reliable all year, even in May. Decent place; take dated photos at move-in.
₹88,000 went on cleaning; the owner showed us the bill, so no complaints. What was left came 38 days after we moved out. Move-out charges were never explained.
Problem: Deposit partly withheld
Problem: Unclear moveout charges
