Full deposit returned within 11 days of moving out, by bank transfer. The exit charges came as a surprise, with no list. Decent place; take dated photos at move-in.
₹54,000 was kept for painting, which felt fair for the time we stayed. What was left came 29 days after we moved out. The exit charges came as a surprise, with no list.

Full deposit returned within 21 days of moving out, by bank transfer. Every repair needed three reminders and took weeks. Fine for the price, but list what's included before you sign.
Good: Deposit returned full
Problem: Repairs took months
