Deposit came back in full 5 days after we handed over the keys. Getting hold of the owner was hard; calls went unanswered for days. I wouldn't rent here again without a lawyer reading the agreement.

Full deposit returned within 6 days of moving out, by bank transfer. The exit charges came as a surprise, with no list. Decent place; take dated photos at move-in.
Good: Deposit returned full
Problem: Unclear moveout charges
